FOR THE GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST

  • 1 C. Sugar
  • ¼ c. water
  • 2 Tbsp. corn syrup
  • ¼ c. butter, cutting into pieces
  • ¼ c. heavy cream
  • 1 Tbsp. Sour Cream
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • crushed tabular array salt flakes, to garnish

Instructions


  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Crush the graham crackers either alongside a rolling pivot or inwards a nutrient processor.
