INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tablespoons butter, divided
  • 3 eggs, whisked
  • 2 medium carrots, small-scale dice
  • 1 small-scale onion, small-scale dice
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 loving cup frozen peas, thawed
  • 4 cups cooked together with chilled rice, (I either operate white or brownish rice)

  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • sliced greenish onions for garnish, if desired


INSTRUCTIONS
