- 2 tablespoons butter, divided

- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 loving cup frozen peas, thawed
- 4 cups cooked together with chilled rice, (I either operate white or brownish rice)
- 3 tablespoons depression sodium soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- sliced greenish onions for garnish, if desired
- Heat i tablespoon of butter into a large skillet.
- Add the eggs together with scramble until fully cooked. Remove them from the pan together with ready aside.
- Add the remaining tablespoon of butter into the pan.
- Add carrots together with onion to the pan together with cause until tender, 3-4 minutes.
- Stir inward garlic together with cause for an additional minute.
- Add inward the mutual coldness rice together with peas together with sauté for 3-4 minutes. The rice should brownish upward a bit.
- Add the eggs dorsum to the pan together with stir inward soy sauce, oyster sauce together with sesame oil. Cook for 1-2 minutes to rut through.
- Serve instantly alongside greenish onions for garnish, if desired
