But start out – coffee. Spiked amongst a shot of espresso, this Mocha Almond Breakfast Smoothie is a nutritious means for java lovers to become their morning time buzz!

Ingredients

i loving cup Lifeway Cappuccino Lowfat Kefir
½ medium banana, sliced too frozen
i Tbsp cocoa powder
i Tbsp organic almond butter
¼ loving cup gluten-free rolled oats
Coconut whipped cream, to garnish (optional)
i shot of espresso

Directions

1.Add all ingredients except for the optional kokosnoot whipped cream into the pitcher of a high-powered blender. Blend on high until smooth, or until desired consistency is reached.
2.Garnish amongst optional kokosnoot cream too a sprinkle of cocoa powder, if desired.
