For the bourbon sauce

  • 1 stick of butter
  • 1 loving cup chocolate-brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • ½ loving cup heavy cream
  • ½ loving cup bourbon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • Pinch of nutmeg
