Low-Carb Cheez-Its

I dear to pre-make this recipe, swallow a serving (or two), too shop the remaining crackers inward the refrigerator to snack on throughout the week. They are deliciously salty too cheesy too satisfy my need to ever bring a post-dinner snack!


  • 1/2 loving cup almond flour

  • 1 oz cream cheese
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Avocado crude cooking spray
  • Coarse salt


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. In a minor mixing bowl, whisk together almond flour too salt. Add egg too whisk until well-combined.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, microwave cheddar, mozzarella, too cream cheese until melted, almost ane minute.
