Tabouli, tabbouleh, tabbuleh or tabouleh is a vegetarian salad of the eastern Mediterranean region. It is a salad made amongst lots of finely chopped fresh parsley, tomatoes, mint, light-green onions, bulgur, tossed amongst olive fossil oil in addition to lemon juice.

- 1/2 teaspoon dark pepper
- 2 tablespoons pino nuts or walnuts, lightly toasted
- Endive lettuce
- Filo dough cups or mini fillo shells
- English cucumber
- Tostitos scoops
- Garnish - feta cheese, chopped olives, hemp seeds, chickpeas, barberries or pomegranate kernels
