- 4 oz. vegan cream cheese
- 2 tbsp. vegan mayo

I dear making that recipe for parties, but since it makes plenty for 8+ people, it isn’t something I tin brand all the time…
otherwise I mightiness swallow the whole affair myself.
So, I began racking my encephalon for a recipe that would bring the same flavors but inwards a unmarried serving.
Which is how these quesadillas were born.
