- 2 medium heads cauliflower, cutting into florets
- 1/4 loving cup modest diced onion
- 1/4 loving cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 loving cup finely terra firma breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a nonstick baking canvass liberally amongst cooking spray.
Bring a large pot of salted H2O to a boil. Add the cauliflower florets to the H2O too ready them only until fork tender, v to 10 minutes.
