This Cookie Butter Cake pairs a fluffy vanilla cake amongst a sugariness cookie butter frosting together with to a greater extent than or less crushed speculoos cookies for to a greater extent than or less crunch.

Vanilla Cake:

  • 1 1/2 tsps baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3/4 loving cup buttermilk room temperature

  • 5 large egg whites
  • 1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups unsalted butter room temperature, cubed
  • 1/2 loving cup Penotti Smooth Cookie Notti Spread

Vanilla Cake:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F together with grease together with flour 3 6" cake rounds, business amongst parchment.
