Ingredients

  • 8 pieces chicken thighs, amongst skin

  • 2 cups chicken or beef broth
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups gruyere cheese (gouda besides plant well)
  • salt too pepper to taste


Instructions

  1.
