Lemon Tartlets

Tart Shells:

 1/2 loving cup butter, softened
1/3 loving cup sugar

 1 egg white
 1 1/4 cups flour
ii eggs

 1/3 loving cup sugar
 1 Tbs. butter melted & cooled
ii tsp. lemon zest
iii Tbs. lemon juice
Powdered sugar

 Preheat oven to 325. Spray ii mini muffin pans (or pan amongst 24 cups) amongst PAM. In mixer bowl, trounce butter too saccharide until calorie-free too fluffy. Add egg white; blend well. Add flour; mix simply until good blended. Divide into 24 pieces too drib into muffin cups. Press into tart shells.

For filling, lightly whisk eggs. Whisk inwards saccharide too butter, lemon zest too juice. Mix well. Pour filling evenly into tart shells.
Bake 20-22 minutes or until edges are calorie-free golden brown. Remove pan to cooling rack for v mins. Remove from pan too cool completely. Store tightly covered inwards refrigerator. Sprinkle amongst powdered saccharide earlier serving.
