  • 1 loving cup heavy cream
  • ½ loving cup night chocolate chips


  1. Preheat oven to 350°

  2. Add chopped NESTLÉ ABUELITA, whisk until completely melted.
  3. Remove saucepan from heat.
  4. Add chocolate chips to cream mixture. Let chocolate chips rest/melt for a few minutes.
  5. Whisk until completely smooth.
  6. Transfer ganache to a small-scale bowl together with refrigerate until creamy together with thickened. I occasionally whisk it alongside a fork piece cooling. 45 minutes - 1 hr should larn you lot the desired consistency to frost with.

*Note* It's been recommended to work a mixer & whip ganache if you lot are having problems getting it to ready to desired consistency.
