1 lb. zucchini squash
1/4 loving cup all-purpose flour
1/8 tsp salt
1 loving cup panko breadstuff crumbs
1/4 loving cup parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp Italian seasoning blend
1 large egg
- Rinse together with dry out the zucchini. Cut the ends off together with and hence cutting each i into strips, unopen to 1/3 inch thick.
- Place the zucchini strips on a large nada exceed pocketbook together with add together the flour together with salt. Shake the pocketbook to coat the zucchini inward flour. In a wide, shallow bowl combine the panko breadstuff crumbs, parmesan cheese, together with Italian seasoning. Stir to combine. In a minute wide, shallow bowl, whisk a raw egg alongside almost 1 Tbsp of H2O until fairly smooth.
