6 potatoes, peeled in addition to cutting into chunks

salt & pepper, to taste
2 onions, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced

1 loving cup frozen mixed vegetables

- Boil a large pot of salted H2O on the stovetop. Add inwards potatoes in addition to cover, cooking for fifteen minutes or until potatoes are tender. Drain. Add inwards 1/2 loving cup milk, tabular array salt in addition to pepper in addition to i tbsp butter. Mash until smooth. Set aside.
- In a large pan, melt i tbsp butter over medium heat. Add onions in addition to garlic in addition to arrive at for nearly five minutes. Stir inwards flour.
