Crispy Peanut Butter Toffee Truffles Recipe



1 c. crunchy peanut butter
1 Tbsp. butter, softened
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz) packet milk chocolate toffee bits
1 c. crisp rice cereal
10 oz. milk chocolate (I used Candiquik)

  1. Cream peanut butter as well as butter inwards a large bowl.
  2. Add powdered saccharide as well as mix well.
  3. Gently stir inwards toffee bits (reserve ⅓ c.) as well as crisp rice cereal.
  4. Refrigerate mixture 1 hour.
  5. Remove from fridge as well as curlicue into 1 inch balls.
  6. Return to fridge 1 lx minutes or more.
  7. Melt chocolate on stove run past times or inwards microwave; coat balls inwards chocolate as well as sprinkle alongside toffee bits.
  8. Place on wax newspaper to dry.
