Crustless Quiche Lorraine Recipe



12 oz. bacon, cooked in addition to crumbled
½ c. chopped onion
1 Tbsp. olive oil
5 eggs
5 egg whites
1 c. heavy cream (can substitute one-half & one-half or milk)
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. Crystal Farms Shredded Swiss cheese
½ tsp. pepper
½ tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. minced fresh chives

  1. Heat i Tbsp. olive crude inward a medium skillet. Add onion in addition to arrive at until tender; add together cooked, crumbled bacon in addition to estrus through.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine eggs, egg whites, cream, in addition to flour in addition to mix well.
  3. Stir inward salt, pepper, in addition to cheese.
  4. Add onion in addition to bacon from skillet in addition to stir to combine.
  5. Pour into a greased 10 inch pie plate or like sized baking dish.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for approx. 45 minutes or until golden brownish in addition to puffed up.
