Crustless Vegetable Quiche Recipe



10 egg whites
2 whole eggs
1/2 loving cup skim milk
1 teaspoon kosher salt, divided

1/2 teaspoon hot sauce (optional)
16 ounces fatty costless cottage cheese
1 loving cup shredded monterey jack cheese, divided
1 loving cup shredded reduced fatty precipitous cheddar cheese, divided
