Easy Cashew Chicken

Ingredients
3 tbsp hoisin sauce
½ tsp chili garlic sauce
3 tbsp chicken broth or water
1½ lb boneless, skinless, chicken thighs, cutting into 1-inch pieces
salt too pepper
1 tbsp cornstarch
1½ tbsp vegetable oil
1 pocket-size onion, cutting into 1-inch pieces
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp rice vinegar
6 greenish onions, diced
¾ loving cup unsalted, roasted cashews
cooked white rice

Instructions
  1. Whisk together hoisin sauce, chili garlic sauce, too chicken broth inwards a pocket-size bowl. Set aside.

  10. Serve over cooked white rice.
