Gluten Costless Quinoa Pizza Bites

Ingredients
1 Cup Cooked White Quinoa
3 Large Eggs
1 Cup Shredded Mozzarella
1/3 Cup Pepperoni - cutting into modest pieces
1/4 teaspoon Salt

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. Spray xviii mini muffin tins amongst nonstick spray. Set aside.
  3. Combine all ingredients in addition to transfer to mini muffin tins.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until browned.
  5. Immediately transfer to cooling rack.
  6. Serve amongst pizza sauce.
