Healthy Flourless Huckleberry Breakfast Cake

Ingredients

For the Gluten Free/Vegan/Flourless version
2 cups gluten complimentary rolled oats, terra firma into a flour

6 T nut butter of choice, melted (I used smoothen cashew butter)
1/4-1/2 loving cup blueberries

For the Paleo option
1/2 loving cup kokosnoot flour
1 loving cup unsweetened applesauce
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 loving cup maple syrup (can sub for love or agave)
1/4 loving cup cashew butter (can sub for almond butter or kokosnoot oil)
vanilla extract
4 large eggs, whisked lightly
1/4-1/2 loving cup blueberries

For the poly peptide frosting
3 scoops vanilla poly peptide pulverization (see recommendations above)
1-2 T granulated sweetener of pick (optional)
1-2 T nut butter of pick (optional)
Dairy complimentary milk to shape batter

For the kokosnoot butter frosting
4-6 T kokosnoot butter, melted
2 T granulated sweetener of choice
Dairy complimentary milk to sparse out

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350. Grease a loaf pan or viii x viii baking dish amongst cooking spray as well as fix aside.
