Leftover Mashed Spud Cheddar Ranch Cakes

Ingredients
1 loving cup together with 3/4 leftover mashed potatoes cold
1 large egg
1/3 loving cup all-purpose flour + three Tablespoons for coating
1 Tablespoon dry out Ranch seasoning mix
2/3 loving cup freshly shredded abrupt cheddar cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon dark pepper

Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, stir together mashed potatoes, egg, Ranch seasoning mix, tabular array salt together with pepper.
  2. Add flour together with cheddar together with stir until all flour is incorporated.
  3. Using a regular size H2O ice cream scoop, shape viii balls of dough. Roll each ane inwards additional flour, gently flattening into virtually 3/4" thick patties.
  4. In a large skillet, rut ii tablespoons of olive stone oil on medium heat.
  5. Fry each cake on ane side for virtually three minutes, until golden brown. Flip together with tike the other side.
  6. Remove onto a cooling rack or newspaper towel lined plate.
  7. Cool slightly together with serve.
