Potato Poppers Recipe

INGREDIENTS

1 Pound pocket-sized potatoes
¼ Cup sour cream
½ Brick cream cheese
¼ Cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 Garlic clove, minced
⅛ Cup parsley, chopped
Salt in addition to pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Boil the potatoes inwards a pot until they are tender.
  3. Set them aside to cool downward in addition to take purpose of the potatoes amongst a spoon.
  4. In a bowl, mix the sour cream, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, in addition to minced garlic.
  5. Fill the Irish Gaelic patato skins amongst the cheese mixture.
  6. Place the potatoes on a greased baking tray, in addition to add together the tabular array salt in addition to pepper on top.
  7. Take to the oven for 20-30 minutes or until the cheese melts.
  8. Garnish amongst parsley.
  9. Serve in addition to enjoy.
