This Whole Wheat Cinnamon Crunch Banana Bread is a fun breakfast idea. Healthier amongst Greek yogurt, stone oil & whole wheat flour, all the same such a especial treat!
Servings one loaf
2 large eggs
1 loving cup mashed bananas
3/4 loving cup sugar
1/3 loving cup oil
1/2 loving cup Greek yogurt
1 3/4 cups whole wheat flour
1/4 loving cup cornstarch or to a greater extent than whole wheat flour
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1.5 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
FOR THE CRUMB TOPPING
1/2 loving cup flour apparently or whole wheat
1/2 loving cup chocolate-brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 loving cup butter
- Heat the oven to 360°F. Grease a 9x5 inch loaf tin.
- Whisk together all moisture ingredients inwards a large bowl. Sprinkle flour, cornstarch (OR extra flour), cinnamon, baking pulverisation in addition to common salt on top. Gently flexure in, create non overmix!
